Class packages and remaining sessions
Sell 4-, 8- or 12-class packages with an expiry period. Each completed class deducts one session, and payments show on the member card.
Reformers and studio rooms
Set up reformers as equipment counted per person, and your studios as rooms. Private and group classes share the same machines without double-booking.
Private and duet sessions
Manage one-on-one private reformer sessions and two-person duet sessions on the same calendar as your group classes. Members can choose their own instructor if they like.
Class cancellation policy
Set how many hours before class a member can still cancel; the studio preset uses 12 hours. After that, canceling from the link isn't possible.
Pre-class reminders
SMS and email reminders go out 24 hours and 2 hours before each class. Members who can't make it cancel in time, and the spot opens up for another member.

About Pilates and yoga studio booking system
- You set a headcount limit for each group class. When booking, members choose how many people are coming, for example two if they bring a friend. Once the class is full, that time slot no longer appears on your booking page. Group classes and capacity limits are included in the Team and Business plans.
