Account and Data Deletion

You can delete your Planfly account, provided by Mobiza Teknoloji, at any time. Deletion cannot be undone.

Delete in the app (iPhone and Android)

1. Open the Planfly app and sign in.
2. Go to Menu › Account.
3. Tap Delete my account.
4. Enter your password (if you signed in with Apple or Google, type the confirmation word shown on screen) and confirm.

Delete on the web dashboard

1. Sign in at planfly.com.tr/settings/profile.
2. In the Delete account section at the bottom of the page, click Delete account.
3. Confirm with your password or your linked Apple / Google account.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app or the dashboard, send an email titled "Account deletion request" from the email address registered to your account to destek@planfly.com.tr. After verifying your identity we delete your account within 30 days at the latest.

What is deleted and what is kept

• Deleted: your name, email address, phone number, profile photo, sign-in details, linked Apple / Google accounts, sessions and device notification tokens.
• Business data: services, staff, appointment and customer records belong to the business and are not deleted automatically with your account. If you are the only owner of the business and want these records deleted too, write to destek@planfly.com.tr and we will delete or anonymize them.
• Kept: invoice, payment and subscription records and records needed for legal obligations, disputes and security are kept for the period required by law (up to 10 years for tax and accounting records) and deleted at the end of that period. Copies in backups are deleted as part of the backup cycle.

Store subscriptions

Subscriptions bought through the App Store or Google Play are not canceled when you delete your account. To stop being charged, cancel the subscription on iPhone in Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions, or on Android in Google Play › Payments & subscriptions.
